In 1999, At the age of 21 years old, Adam attained the Cert-in-CEHA and started this career, being a real estate salesperson. Adam has gained confidence and knowledge advising and guiding his clients in decision making and take leads in real estate dealings. He has received positive feedbacks from clients and gained many referrals and corporate clienteles. Adam has been managing and overseeing the administration of his agency and salespersons over the past decade. His agency takes the lead in a group of 3 estate agencies. He does in-house training for salespersons under the group. In 2011, he secured a sale exclusive for a block of 78 apartments at the Rest of Core Region (RCR). The highest valued transaction he has done till date. He is also a Chartered Mortgage Analyst.
